In case processing of personal data with any of the above listed sub-processor is conducted outside the EU, Tivian relies exclusively on the Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

The Tivian entity named as processor in the master agreement may use its affiliated group companies to process personal data which may be acting as sub-processors in the delivery of online services, professional services and associated support services:
